I finally did my PBR brake set up on my notch, and decided to throw my new rims on. Just wanted to get your guys thoughts.
I plan to go lower in the rear, once I find some time.

Dis-regard the filters used, only pics I have at the moment

Thanks guys!!

It's the new XXR 535, in black chrome... The black chrome is really not up to par, but what can you expect with the price.

I do have center caps, but waiting to get a blank black decal for them.

17x9.75 +20 in the rear
17x8.25 +35 in front. "Ordered the wrong one on accident" I really wanted the offset of +20.

Very nice!!!! Love the stance of it right now.
If it were me I'd get taller tires to fill the rear gap instated of lowering...

Thanks guys, I for sure wanted something different, that nobody in the area has, and I think I hit it right on!

I'm making some center caps at the moment, I'll update when I get them done.

I'm running a 275/40/17 in the rear, would it be okay to go taller, I'm thinking it would look to tall, and look awkward.

I think your tires are good. Just start with half a coil first n see how u like it. Better to not cut enough than to cut too much. I've been there beforelol

Yup start at half a coil

would MM adj lower arms be a good (but expensive) alternative to cutting springs?

yah. Its suppose to lower 1 inch more. there's other brands that's cheaper also.

^Dude your notch is sittin perfect. So you ised the MM adj hd lower arms? There are 2 different MM adj lower arms, but whats the difference? Beside one more expensive than the other...

I plan on going that route to even out my verts drop.

Btw op nice notch as well!

I don't know much about what mm has to offer but if there's a more expensive control arm, its prolly better material/bushings. I've never had weight jackers, but if I ever get another solid axle mustang, i plan on going that route. thanks for the props man

Yes, Benicia! There coffee is good! I work at that jiffy lube

Tell the guy with the Catfish to swap spots with you cause that Chevy don't deserve to take up two spots. [Wink]
I crack up at the tailpipes on the BMW. I've seen that car out at drift too LOL. Dudes a fool for that one.

Bad ass coupe! Im thinking about doing that concave style wheel set up in the future. How much did the set cost and where did you buy them at? Thanks Jon

Posted by SikWiditMke (Member # 9699) on :

I will be cutting my springs soon and will post updated pics, at the same time I will be rolling my fenders!

I planned to get weight jackers, but I have BBk lowers for now and budget doesn't allow for new parts right now..

Thanks guys, just trying to be a little different.

Hahha that's my coworker Rafael! He can keep the spot, he has gotten hit twice, parking in that are from our customers! Lol...

And the car with the pipes is actually a 1982 Toyota Cressida, my friend tristen, part of the drift squad in Vallejo! Lol kid has mad handles at sliding though.
