My buddies and i were all into BMX bikes. Good times. I'm still into biking, just mountain biking now. I took a nasty spill on my bmx bike that kind of scared me away from it.

Had good times used to roll deep to the skate park over here at tanzanite skate located in sacramento. Fucken hated when i get a pedal bites thats why my legs look like shit,I sprained my ankle many times by trying to do 180s 360s when i jump of the bowl. My homies did table tops when there in mid air, But I eventually stop because no more medical.Had lots of easterns bikes with primo rims but got stolen with the 2 teeth sprockets and a 8 cassette. Bmx parts are not cheap thats why i just sold that shit.

I had a Vintage Schwinn Predator from 1983. Just sold it recently to fund my Mustang, but I rode that thing everywhere. To school, to the store, you name it. I also pulled a few tricks with it. Sturdy bike, they just don't make them like they used to.

I was really into it until i was around 17... I raced in Colorado, Utah, Oregan...even Canada at nationals during the world fair back in like 86'. I think the highest I got in points was 7 in my district.

I still have my old school Boss when they were still being built out of Oakland with Ukai wheels, bullseye hubs, 3 piece redline cranks, DK stem Boss bars, bear claw pedals etc.... I just had the frame re-chromed about 2 years ago. I've had it for appx 25 years now. I've switched gears to road bikes but I still have love for my BMX. I actually have a 24" Redline that I still occasionally ride at the BMX track in Cupertino.

I remember Boss! I loved their "3-bar" handle bars! I have bear claw pedals on my old school redline too. Those were the days [Big Grin]

I used to, but got to big to be comfortable.....killed my back.
I got a mongoose aftershock and Patterson racing frame hanging from the rafters. I took my first bike, which I got from my brother when I was 5 (mongoose super goose I think) and built it up with some cool parts....original redline 3 piece cranks, pit bull rear brake and power light handlebars w/ the bends in them. Stripped my other bikes for it and gave it to my 5yr old nefew. He rode it a couple times a tossed it in the shed. [Mad] .....fucker

i used to rock a GT 20". but im too big for that so i reaced 24" cruisers for a while. my favorite one was my 24" Free Agent Limo with BFR rims, profile cranks, king rear cassette hub, sharp bars and sprocket. miss that bike!!!

My friends and I used to ride 24/7 back in the day. I used to have a collection of BMX bikes. Fully done up GT Speed Series, a Free Agent, Mongoose, Diamond Back... I was in the best shape of my life back then haha... We would ride from Pocket/Greenhaven to downtown Sac to Natomas and back like twice a day.

All that changed when I got my first car. I sold all my bikes to buy stereo stuff for the car.

But yeah, the stuff these young guys are doing now days in freestyle is insane compared to the pros from the 90's...

At devils peak in San Diego and ride on the interstate 15 freeway before they completed it. Then I got into skateboarding, I shouldve stuck with bmxing.

i too was big in the bmx scene up until freshman year and man did me and my buddies have some dope ass bikes. I rode haro, my bro rode gt, best friend had a gt interceptor fully tricked and customed, their was a haro monotube also, few redlines and and my friend jc rode standard. We use to jump over table tops, another we did was lay out 12 tires and pedal a whole block away and clear the tires. Only reason i got out of it was injuries. I do miss it very much though. Pretty much did what sic9250 did also and go straight into the mustang game.
