Here is the vin number, 8th vin number is a C, what I was told that was only for a Cobra R, whats it worth I wonder?

5-6k? The value on these cars has dropped drastically throughout the years.

Find a donner car and vin / swap everything.
But seriously it sucks seeing one of those wreaked like that.

That shit is beyond salvage, you should make more parting it out.

Not sure if serious? You can see the metal roof is fubar´d and not a soft top.

Wow, interesting find. What's the extent of the damage (other than the obvious)? It looks like it was t-boned by a big truck.

From the pics it looks like only the roof and passenger door are bent.... frame might still be good.
Hard to say from these pics from my phone

Looks like they tried the hard way to make a convertible.
1 of 1?

Get it and use your 94 for the roof and door, then part the rest. Is the accident on record? I'd do some surgery for a rare mustang

i'd hazard to guess that a telephone pole or a tree fell on it looking at the damage.

Well, I do have enough parts to fix it, but time I don't have, I am just debating parting it out or EBay it, I just found out it was number 75 of 250 and was made 3/1/95

That is one of those cars that'll probably be worth more as whole than in parts.

The motor was redone with forged internals with a blower cam and it made 420rwhp

If the frame is good fix the lower body panels and the windshield. Then chop the top off and go permanent convertible....

Looks like it should just buff out, most def Cafords clean!
Posted by CAStang (Member # 9568) on

I may have missed it, but I don't see any mention of the title status. But if the title is clean, rebuilding it would be the best path. However, if its salvaged I'm not sure what I would do. Whatever path you take, that's a hell of a find. Good luck!
