This is a good investment for our cars especialy with all the money we put into our foxes .ive been readin threads on stolen mustangs and its not good .to you thieves karma is out there and when you try to steal the wrong gansters car your gonna think about your mommy when you look down at a barrel. but anyways this lets you know if your car gets moved .good right!! so you can come out with the 50 cal!!! LoJack Early Warning System: $995.00+tax (onetime payment,)

Our Early Warning System is our most popular package combining our LoJack Stolen Recovery System with our quick responding Early Warning Notification System. This added layer of protection alerts you by phone, email, or text message if your vehicle has been moved without your authorization. Thus, you will get your car back quicker, often with less damage and a good chance of catching the criminals as well. Coverage areas do apply.

the 695 one doesn't call you if your car is moved but still is a good one! LoJack Stolen Vehicle Recovery System: $695.00+tax (onetime payment,)

Our entry level package uses a small hidden transceiver to send a signal to police which allows them to track and recover your stolen vehicle. With this system, you won’t know that your vehicle was stolen until you notice it is gone. However, once you do, you call the police to start your activation. Coverage areas do apply.

Why not buy one of those "tile" things for your iPhone? 20$. Hide it somewhere crazy in the car. If it goes missing, bust out the iPhone.

Yup, i know i few people do that. But not with iphones.

Also about that group buy, i already have a tracker on my car but it doesnt text me or whatever or inform me when moved etc. so i might be interested in a group buy just theres no say i can afford $900 id rather pay for full coverage on a foxbody lol

Shit, test it out on you're lady's car. Make sure she's going where she says she's going. If not, show up Joey Greco style.

What is better buying a LoJack or a GPS you can connect to your phone yourself. That doesn't have *coverage/no coverage issues

Only thing that worries me is the response of lojack time, im sure a low thief can have a car stripped or semi stripped within 8-24 hours with battery disconnected and pretty sure they either look for the lojack asap or park the car for a couple hours to see if its recovered , ive had two friends recover their cars between 6-12 hours of being reported. So add another couple hours to that and your looking at almost 15 hour window less im hoping . Im looking into getting it either way most likely with the early detection addition so i can know exactly when its being tampered with , i think its a good investment , since it works even if the battery is disconnected , my concern is the thieves looking for the transmitter that being a GPS OR LOJACK transmitter , if they strip it down fast they will find it, i just hope lojack stashes it verywell. I heard viper has an alarm that has gps and the installer can choose where to hide the transmitter.

Keep in mind GPS is not tracked like LoJack. LoJack has sonar technology like submarines you can have the car stashed anywhere and not worry about a signal. GPS there's certain buildings and things like that witch will interfere.
