So I have to smog my 03 cobra it has to be the star test smog does anyone k ow if they will be doing the sniffer? Thanks

Yes, plug in only test won't start till sometime next year

They smog the car with the obd2 connection only. So they dont use the probe i believe.

The state is going to have a odb2/can check where they plug into the diagnostic connector pull out data and then do a visual check on 2000 and newer cars, no dyno testing. Dyno will be used on 1999 and older. Should be in effect spring or summer 2014
