I think you are refusing to accept that travon commited a crime by hitting Zimmerman and not to mention going on by using the concrete as a weapon to slam zimmermans head would elevate that crime to a felony most likely.

Slamming some dudes head into the ground is intent to kill. If trayvon just punched him until Zimmerman was on the ground and then walked away he'd probably be alive.
