being sober has made me realize how retarted people are around me. this morning at the gas station i was puttin gas in my work truck and some dumbass pulls in the wrong way and blocks me in while this dumbass behind is waiting. i put in reverse and its beeping and the stupid fuck just looks at me. so i get out and loose my mind i called this idiot a stupid fuck and told his bitch ass to move. completly forgot i was working being off work for awhile and im fanilly back. well this fuck writes down my work number and calls my boss after he moves. i just got outa bosses office and im pretty pissed. but i noticed latey that i cant even be around people because i notice so much stupid shit [Frown]
i think i need angermangment [Confused] is there a happy pill a doc can give me becasue xannax dosent work [Mad]

I used to take xanax, and colozopham. That shit made me a dick! But I was taking copiousamounts of strong painkillers also.. Good job staying sober! Keep it up!

Do something to release your frustrations daily... Keeping it bottled up is no bueno. Exercise, Screaming out loud(privately), shooting range as your friend suggested. Expressing your rant to your friends in some shape or form as you have done here. We all go through shit...Its not only you. Keep that in mind. Thing that makes me crazy is: I am driving at a steady pace. Someone moves in front of me and decides to drive 20 mph below the spend limit. I pretty much flip my wig when that happens..lol
