any shops you guys can recommend to get my tired 289 running again? looking to build a mild performance engine for my falcon (nothing outrageous)

preferably in the peninsula/southbay area

if i were you, throw a freshened up roller 302 in it. alittle more reliable and get the mild performance you want.
