Now that is fucking gay. I couldn't imagine having to go through a background check to buy ammo.

I got a new pistol the other day, they called my background check in, once that was done they handed me my receipt and the gun

Well then people like myself who have family members living out of state can simply buy 10,000 rounds ( when supply's come back.) bring them back to California and sell them to friends and family. Fuck this state's politicians who making us jump thru hoops to buy ammo for our legally own firearms.

The Supreme Court just ruled today that a law Arizona passed in 2004 pertaining to voting ID.... Requiring a DL, Passport or some form of visual identification to vote, was found unconstitutional. They said the state doesn't have the right to determine who's legal to vote and who isn't.

So Ca thinks they can make me take a background check & pay a fee to legally buy ammo...... But I can vote in an election without 100% proof that I'm an American citizen. Now that's some shit that has to make the Framers Of Our Constitution & all the other great men who fought to defend our GOD given rights roll over in their graves.

This is what is going to happen. Everyone close to the border is going to go over it and buy ammo there. Giving tax money to those states. Also this is going to create a black market for ammo. 1 Bad guy will go over the border buy up a shit ton of ammo. Just to come back and sale it to other bad guys. It's not going to stop any one but good guys from getting ammo. But the sheep don't even seem to mind. Just another feel good law that won't do shit for safety

feels like every other day a new stupid law is proposed or voted in, imagine how hard its going to get guns,ammo,non smog legal car parts in ten years in this fuckin state
