Hey guys,
Just released the iphone app for searching PickNPull and other yards - it's free of course, and looking for any feedback, comments, suggestions.
Search ROW52 in iTunes or here:

Thanks all

Downloading as I type this. Will give my unfiltered review in a day or too. From the pics it seems to be a well thought out app. [patriot]

Edit. ( Here's my review on the app. I'll try and make this short LOL )

Pro's -
1. Well laid out. Very east to navigate. A child could figure out how to use it in 2 mins.

2.I like the option of only seeing listings with pics.

3. I like being able to click on the provided link if interested on directions & the yards contact information.

Here's the Cons ( Or should I say nice examples of future updates.)

1. Not being able to zoom in on the pic. This can only be done after you have selected that vehicle for closer inspection. (
Not a deal breaker but would save some time while searching.)

2. A filter for model specific cars. ( Being able to look for only Cobras, GT's & Verts.... on their specific to model parts would lower the amount of cars to sift thru during your search.... Basically not having to look at 4 bangers & V6 cars would save guys time looking and more time wrenching.)

3. Only one pic of vehicle. ( I know this is asking a lot, but an extra pic of the interior could help someone out if they were looking to swap their interior colors. ) not everyone can appreciate the Porno Red like EPIK.

4. Screen doesn't allow to be viewed while tilted. ( 90% of the time I view and type this way..... It is a tiny screen compared to the galaxy note2 - Mini Flat Screen Phone. )

5. Not being able to select the year after scrolling down by touch. You have to hit the close button. ( Im sure I'm not the only person tapped the screen multiple times trying to select the year LOL.)

Well that's about it. I hope this information helps you out and good luck with the app. I'm going to keep it on my phone so I having another app to make my day even more unproductive.

Thanks for the well thought out review.
You nailed exactly the tweaks we'll likely make for the next version, except for possibly the 4cyl/8cyl and sub-model filter. I agree that would be useful, but it is a tough one to build because the manufacturers are inconsistent in how much sub-model info they put into their VINs.

Thanks again!

Yeah I thought the model specific search might have been tough. Good luck with the app and looking forward to the next OS. _____ Update [patriot]

If your an app developer I might need to pm you about an app I've been thinking about.... But have no clue how to make it.
