I would try the list.. You can pick some up from a dealer, but you are going to get ass raped. Dodge wanted $310 bux a wheel for some 16's off a 02 neon.

LKQ is a supplier for used parts and they own keystone which has remanufactured wheels and aftermarket parts

Craig's list. I'd think it would be cheaper to buy someone's take offs, than buying from a dealer.
