Wow clutch cable won't fit! What should we do? 1" tube through the brand new pan!

Love the pan & cable idea!!.... Is there a extra spacer / plate between the upper intake? Is the upper pretty much sitting on dizzy, or can still move around good for timing??......... Very nice lookin!

what part number is that oil pan?

Posted by *BlownMach1*- TRMYN8R (Member # 5400) on :

The box R has a aluminum 1" spacer on the intake already. You have to use it to bolt it down but ya you can turn the distributer it's close but turns fine. I could not fit the MSD wire hold down on the top though. The wires are 10.4 so they are a little bigger then most people run.

As far as the oil pan, it's the road race canton T-sump modal. I can't remember the part number off hand but it's the only one I was 100% sure would fit the dart block and have a t-sump for ground Clearence! Although the headers sit way lower then the pan, I just wanted to be safe! Rather headers scrape then the oil pan! The car used to sit pretty low, now not as much cause the headers sit so low

The blocks that are clearanced for rod bolts on a Stroker application, and are the stronger Iron Eagle 8.2 deck/ 4.125 bore typeare near 3k. I doubt 1681$ is the top notch shi..

The SHP is a very respectable motor. Still good for a 1k horsepower setup. More than I'll ever put down. anything
Dart is boss status shii!
