On speakers? For my mustang fox. I believe the fronts are 4.5's doors and 6 x 5 and backs are 6x9? Is this right? What do you guys recommend ? I was thinking kicker.

the fronts are 3 i thought, doors a slim mount 6 1/2 is perfect fit. backs are a 5/7. but a 6/9 will fit if your care full.

Put some horns in the dash, 6.5 components in the doors and 6x9s in the back if u have a coupe. Otherwise 6.5 co-ax will do the trick. I like JL but for a better price u can run the alpine type-R series and the magnets actually fit in the Stock locations. They sound almost just as good [Whoo Whooooo!]

This is the way to go...

I did (MB Quart Reference series) component in the doors and some decent 3-ways (lightning audio) in the back. THe back channel is just for fill, most of your sound will be from the front components. Also make sure your speakers can handle the power, use the R.M.S. wattage to spec out your speakers.

I have infinity door speakers on my fox, they are better than kicker, check them out on amazon or sonicelectronix but on amazon they are cheaper... they are nice and clear at high volume .

+1 i've ran infinity reference in my last three cars, they sound great for the price. My brother put infinity kappas on his camaro, those sound even better if you want to spend a ijttle more.
