So I ordered a few things on Cyber Monday and it ended up being two packages. One barely got here(but was labeled the wrong box out of the two) yesterday and when it did I asked if they had another package and they said no but it might be here tomorrow(today). Now I've been waiting like a idiot since I got off work and finally decide to look up the tracking and it says "exception." What does that mean? Do I have to go pick it up? It's not a problem since UPS is only a couple minutes away. I hope they don't try some bullshit kuz it's labeled wrong the one they have weighs 27 lbs but its labeled as 2 and I have the small 2 pounder labeled as 27lbs.

Straight From UPS Site: What does it mean when my tracking status says that I've experienced an exception?
If you receive a message that your shipment has experienced an exception, then check the Shipment or Package Progress section in Tracking or Quantum View® Manage for details about changes in delivery schedule. An exception occurs when a package or shipment encounters an unforeseen event, which could result in a change to the expected delivery day. Examples of exception include: address unknown, damage to shipment, or signature not received.

Do they plan on never trying to deliver it again? I don't understand why they didn't leave it next to my front door there's a reason why I haven't had my pit at my house this whole week!

Ordered something from summit Monday morningand usually get the package the next day. Ups still hasn't delivered it. Got an exception message as well. ld give it another couple days for the package to arrive before you contact the company you ordered your parts from.

I ordered from late model restoration. Well it says they last tried on Monday so I'm gonna go tomorrow after work N cause a ruckus.

It's probably because this time of year, a lot of people are shipping packages right now. I've never had an issue with UPS not delivering what they're supposed to.

UPS service has been shitty since after thanksgiving. They failed to deliver our daily packages at my work on Monday and Tuesday. I had to call and make a corporate claim. Their response was they are over loaded and they had to rent 12 uhal trucks to deliver their packages. So you might be getting your packages a little late. The only things being deliver on time are next day air packages.

Yeah I've never had problems with UPS either until now N it's frustrating kuz I've been wanting subframe connectors for my Mustang for soo damn long N now this happens WTF! [Mad]

I work there. It's a cluster fuck and a big headache. Sorry bro lol.. Also we don't leave packages if the area isn't considered safe.. If you need it pitbulll dogs in your front yard on a regular basis I don't think thats a safe neighborhood and I wouldn't waste my time or risk the package.

I too ordered from latemodle but my package arrived on time but with that said I also got someone else's package but it looks like latemodle shipped it wrong from the get go still waiting to hear back from them!

I ordered from late model on cyber monday and it got here that friday. this past sunday i ordered my interior kit and it suppose to arrive on friday the 7th ive never had a problem with them

Ya I work at the concord one and its a cluster fuck here too, your package probably got misloaded, the hourly employee has to load 3/4 package cars(brown trucks), sometimes they walk in the wrong car with the wrong package and there is so much shit in the pkg cars they can't get that package to the correct driver.. But ya if u live in a bad area they shouldn't leave it outside or where it can get rained on either.

They had a plan ( internal engineering) that the volume was going to be this, and they cut themselves short. Now we have too much volume because the competition of Roadway, DHL and the rest that closed are not in business and everybody is ordering online. This year is going to be a good year for UPS.
