Just got offered a supervisor position in north dakota with a lot more pay, way better benefits, moving expenses paid and a bonus involved. Just wanna know as much as i can about the state and see how people felt about it.

Cold & Flat. Friendly people. Lots of hunting and fishing. Oil industry is booming there!

The pay for everything Is very high because of the oil boom but so is the cost of living ... Very very cold winters and not much to do

More pay, do whats best for you and your fams. Staying away from everybody might not be worth the extra money unless your peoples are bringing you down.

The oil industry is why im moving up there. Im a railcar repairman and rail shipping is booming due to oil production
