Yea, no kidding. It is way beyond my comprehension why idiots do stuff like that. They are NOT fans of the game, they just use this as some excuse to trash something. However, there IS NO excuse for that. [Roll Eyes]

The good thing is, there were 35 arrests and 22 of them were felony's....at least that's what I read on TV last night.

i was there Sunday night. It looked like the East Oakland sideshow back in the day. People can't celebrate the right way. I almost got hit by flying bottles and got hit by many flying tortillas lol. Throwing bottles at firemen is definately unacceptable, those men women risk their lifes for us. If i was sf pd i would've had probation officers patroling and would've had more officers out. I wonder how many of those "fans" have actually followed the giants since the candlestick days. I bet most of them couldn't name any players besides the current ones and Barry Bonds

Exactly! Many of them were probably some new bandwagon fans who went to buy their jerseys last week lol. I have many die hard Giants fan friends and they would never do stupid shit like this. No excuse to trash the city your team is from.

Got an email from my professor that class is canceled today but i still won't be going. I celebrated Sunday night when they won it in the city. Plus who would give up a Friday off work for a Wednesday [Confused]

Been a fan forever, attended the parade in 2010, missing this one, no big deal since another one will happen real soon!!
