There's a brand called CHP but I don't know if that's what they're trying to say or is they're trying to say its a California Highway Patrol motor.

Its got a cobra body kit? Just skirts and rear bumper. Not even the grill insert. Then its got the saleen wing going its clean but seller must be more specific for 7500 font you think. think he will take a moped as a trade? Lol

That's what i was thinking, where's the full cobra kit? Doesnt even have the taillights. 7500, lol come on. 4-5k max.
