Im not gonna get deep into this whole ghetto thing going on,and i hope this doesnt make me a target with the mods(im sure it will make me unpopular with "ghetto" people).But i have a problem with the term snitch.Snitch is a term commonly used by criminals to describe law abiding people.It originated from convicts in prison.If it wasnt for snitches then murderers, rapists,thieves,molesters,etc.....would never be caught and freely walk the streets and prey on you and your loved ones.When you use the term it makes you look ghetto and criminal.I think anyone accusing someone else of being a "snitch" is revealing themself to be ghetto or whatever you wanna call it and they should be put on notice.Just my 2 cents,take it how you will. [Smile]

It also may mean that the person calling the other person a snitch knew about the illegal activity otherwise how would they know they're a snitch.

what about neighbors that are fed up with drugs, prostitution, shootings, and murders from happening in front of their house...if they see anything and snitch out those scumbags, all they gain is a peaceful place to live and raise their kids...but yet, they are still treated as a snitch and threatened or perhaps killed. all day, everyday...in oakland especially...

I got a couple police buddies on speed dial. I wont hesitate to call either one of them if i see something suspicious going on or if people are acting stupid. I have a feeling "not snitching" is whats causing so many members cars being stolen. You have to be brain dead stupid if someone thinks there aren't people on this board that know exactly who the thieves are. Funny how the rest of the country has no worries about their fox being stolen but 95% of the foxes stolen are from this website alone.

People who live by keeping secrets that effect others to save their "street cred" are stupid as hell and need to grow the hell up. P.o.s scumbags.

The thing is, "snitching" wouldn't exist if people didn't commit crimes. If you're a law abiding citizen, what could anyone "snitch" you out for? Bet if someone committed a crime that directly victimized you or someone you care about, you'd be hoping someone opens their mouth and helps you get justice.

How about, instead of "Stop Snitching", people stop being dirtbag criminals? Just an idea...

Because im a member of most of the major mustang forums and haven't seen 1 thread indicating someone is after their car or it was stolen. People drive their cars everywhere, take it on trips, leave it at work. CAfords members have to keep their cars locked in the garage with a fence and 2 guard dogs with cars blocking the garage to feel safe about their car.

Go browse around on foureyedpride.com and see how much they are worry free about their cars being stolen.

Isnt 4eyespride nationwide? Maybe they dont care much to steal because nobody likes them and nobody thinks theyre cool, even tho they are.

It was a few years ago Channel 2 News covered, what else, a homicide in Oakland where the cops where asking for leads from the community. They interviewed an older woman who lived in the area who said just that, "Snitches are worse than murderers".

Here was someone that would rather live with the violence than do something about it. Maybe it's some criminal code of conduct that only makes sense to a twisted mind that has no sense of right and wrong.

If you don't want to live in shit, then do something to clean it up.
