My wife's friend is teaching English in China (Tibet actually) and she said none of the little kids there use diapers. They have "split pants". Basically the ass and crotch are cut out and they just take a dookster in the alleys or gutters. Nasty.

A bit extreme, but god bless that women if she wants to save a couple of bucks. I myself do a lot shit to save some cash. As an example, I bicycle commute to work and just about all of my shopping trips are done by bike as well. Of course, I do all of the wrenching and mods to my Cobra myself and that saves a ton of cash.
