Fiat boss Sergio Marchione has kicked the elephant out of the room with his recent pronouncement that the V8′s days may be numbered. This is in light of the upcoming government-mandated target of 54.5 mpg for passenger cars and light-duty trucks by 2025. Fyidriving.com thinks that Marchione was the logical person to speak on the V8′s future (or lack thereof) since Chrysler currently offers V8s in several of its products. SRT models in particular, with their 470-horsepower ratings, will likely be the first to go. ( sj mercury news)

Maybe Chrysler needs to get their mouth off the teat of their second set of Eurotrash owners and make their own decisions.

When I was a kid I used to call FIAT FLAT kuz I thought the "I" was a lower case L. lol

No it wasn't random it was on the same subject(FIAT) just a little something I used to thing about the brand. Anyone else used to think the same or am I the only slow one?
