i rescued a 6 month old or so red nose. hes been from house to house and was abused as a puppy.


he is kennel trained at night, potty trained, knows how to walk on a lesh and listen to me damn near perfect. i had a pit as a kid my aunt recused from spca and he lived 16 years and was the best dog ever.


he has the runs any ideas?


any good tips for trainning. he licks alot but snaps during it{almost like he dont know what hes doing with his jaw yet

Awesome job on rescuing him . I have a pitbull but never really trained him , he's great either way lol so can't help u there . Just wanted to say thanks for rescuing a life.

If he has the "runs" he may have worms.. or you may be feeding him a different food than he is used to eating.. just make sure he stays hydrated.. good job adopting!

he did rub his but on the ground after a poop today. how do i beat worms?

Have your vet do a stool sample they will be able to tell you and feed him some cooked up chicken breast and rice that shit is like pepto for dogs.

Pits aso get allergies (mostly blue nose) so check for scrratching. My bitch is allergic to corn.

What are you feeding him? I forgot what brand i was feeding my 2 pits, but it was lamb and rice, that would give them nasty runs. I have them now on sweet potatoe and salmon, they love it and its easy to digest, plus their coats are nice and shiny.
