I want to lower my GS-R. Just not exactly sure what brand to buy. It's for sure between the Eibach Pro Kit -

And these Tein S Tech -
http://lsdmotorsports.com/ctgy/Tein-STech.html
I like them both but leaning toward the eibach. What do you guys think?

Thats abit pricy for lowering springs, which is all I want. Fuck coilovers on a daily. Lol.

F&F are coilovers, if your tripping about ride quality why lower it ?

It's just a tad too high for my taste. Lowering springs won't hurt my ride quality I don't think, especially only a 1.3 inch drop. I could be wrong tho?

If springs I would go with tein if you want a comfy ride I loved mines but then switched to coilovers. If your going to buy the springs new just save up a little extra and get function n form. They are like 500. With springs your struts might go out soon

I don't want coilovers tho. I hate how bouncy they make the car. I just want to lower it without sacrificing too much of the ride quality...

Coilovers don't make your car bouncy. Cheap wanabe eBay coilover sleeves are hella bouncy. When I had my function n forms coilovers they rode hella good

just go coilovers...not exactly sure but full coilovers for those things are cheap (500). if not the, try the eibach adjustable coilover sleeves.

theyre bouncy cuz theyre stiff as fuck...too stiff especially for the rears. eibach coilover sleeves spring rates are just right.

Tein is the best rides better than stock had them on my old eclipse get the gold ones not the green one only diff is 100 more but well worth it car never bounced or anything like that coilovers bounces too much unless U get one of the best coilovers

I'd personally get H&R Sport springs for an Integra. The spring rates are more balanced front/rear to dial out understeer. But they're not overly stiff. Skunk2 makes some decent progressive rate springs for the Integra as well. A few people I know ran Skunk2 with Koni's on GS-R's and they handled well.
Which ever springs you get, just make sure to pair them with decent shocks. That "bouncy" ride people hate so much is usually caused by springs that are underdampened.
Eibach makes good springs, and put a lot of work into pairing their Pro kit and Sportline springs with their Pro-damper shocks.
Also, most good coilover companies supply their kits with application specific tuned dampers. Cheaper coilovers sometimes come underdampened. Most cheap coilovers also have overly aggressive spring rates because they're catering to people who think rock hard suspension MUST mean it's good. Overly stiff springs also make dampening more of an issue. Properly setup coilovers should not be any more bouncy than lowering springs.
