They advertised on FB today that their front track systems for 94-04 are on clearance for $495.

What exactly are the "track style" brakes? Are they basically the dual piston cobra brakes?

Yes very similar to the cobra brakes they look identical actually PBR brakes.

As for the stopping power I don't know, I have yet to install them on my car to see if they differ than cobra brakes [patriot]

Pretty sure its the same exact thing as cobra brakes, just a way better quality rotor then stock and getting the same caliper that says baer instead of cobra, but for those looking to five lug is call and get that setup, also for an extra $100 all kinds of powder coating options.
