Go to like tinypic.com upload ur pic and copy and paste the code for "forum" or "message board" onto here.

got to ford pics and upload, click on uploaded pic, copy the link at bottom of pic with [img] at either end then paste in to box you type into, post and then viola pic posted!!

On iPhone I use photobucket and upload pics there and post the "image code" link i believe on here
