There was a failure to appear but I never got a notice and they suspended my license for 30 days I never knew about this I never got any mail as a result I got two points can't I take this to court? The failure to appear was not my fault since I paid it through my attorney

The problem is bro this lawyer Is the reason why so I need to go to a new lawyer but the thing is I don't know anyone in my area. Besides the dumbass that fucked my case. I was trying to see if I can represent myself and maybe get a pity case. I'll try to find a lawyer though. Thanks brotha!!!
