Wasup fellas... Just in case you were not @The Cafords show & Shine on Saturday, I wanted to give you a little update on the Notch... I FINALLY get her all buttoned up & back on the road & she made her debut last saturday @ the show. In case you didn't know, the car was off the road for over a year with a broken trans, but I recently just got it back together & mobile again. I definitely missed driving it! When I sold my Torch Ted Mach 1, I kept the FR500's & MM front coilovers & threw them on this car. Looks much better than the old 10th anniversary wheels IMO.
Sorry these aren't like my old DSLR pics, they're just from my iphone4. I will get some better ones up soon! See, told you I'm not JUST a Cadi lover LOL...
Here it is with the drag wheel setup... I ran a best of 12.31 @110mph that night.
Enjoy!

no no..he HAS a nice blower sitting in his garage..
we've been hounding him for about 2 years to put it on...especially considering it's like a 2-3 hour job...
his car would be a beast with it on and a little methanol

Hey Dustin, It was good to see that car at the "CA Fords First Annual Hot as Hell Car Show" Everytime i look at that Interior, i go out and rent some Porno Movies! HA! That car looks Awesome and those Silver FR500's look good on any car you put them on.

Thanks guys!!! The car is pretty clean, but it has its share of dings & dents here & there, but I guess those give the car character LOL...
@50Reasons, yeah the car is pretty light huh?
@Cali95GT... I did, & I DO have a blower that has been sitting in my garage since 2010. I had planned on putting it on a bunch of times, but needed to fix my trans 1st, which I just did. But the main reason I never put it on was I still need a few parts like injectors/Inline fuel pump/MAF etc & every time I was ready, something in life would pop up that would prevent me from being able to buy the parts. You know how it is... I'm still unemployed, so spending $$$ on car parts isn't more important than paying the bills & having food in my fridge ya know....LOL
@Corn-Oil.... Yeah, it won't take much to put the blower in, AFTER I can afford to buy the rest of my parts... If anybody on CAFORDS wants to donate to the cause, feel free PLEASE
@Switch 625.0... Good to see you out there too Dennis! You know I have the cleanest Porno Red interior this side of the Mississippi LOL... Thanks

Haha...NEVER!!! I love this thing, but it's a vibrating rattletrap
compared to my V LOL... Guess that is the beauty of the cars, one rides smooth & quiet, & the other has that raw, feel every rock on the road feel....

I was never a fan either & planned on swapping mine out. BUT, when I realized how clean it was, & how rare CLEAN red interior is in a Fox (since most is beat to shit or swapped out) I decided to be different & keep it... My car actually has around 177k miles on it, but it was an automatic bone stock car when I got it so it was probably babied.
Terrible pics because of the sun making the seats look pinkish, but you can see how clean it is...

I don't mind....
The combo in the fox is a pretty much thrown together mismatched combo, but it works well. My car was originally an AOD car, but I bought the motor & trans complete for a steal & dropped it in. It's actually a high mileage 93 bottom end. The mod list includes...
-Edelbrock 2.02/1.60 Performer RPM heads
-Edelbrock RPMII manifold
-FRPP E-Cam (I know it sucks LOL)
-1.6 rockers (intake) 1.72 rockers (exhaust)
-Underdrive pullies
-Trickflow a/c delete (regretful mod LOL)
-Smog pump delete
-BBK 70mm TB
-AFM 4" N/A powerpipe
-C&L 73mm maf
-24# injectors
-BBK 255lph fuel pump
-BBK FPR
-Mac 1 5/8 Longtubes & O/R H pipe
-Magnaflow catback
-Centerforce clutch
-3.73's & stock trac-lock
It put down 300rwhp/320rwtq on AED's dyne untuned, but this was with stock 19# injectors, stock fuel pump, stock MAF, crappy Mac cold air kit, & lower timing... I'm guessing I may have picked up another 10rwhp with the last few mods (AFM 4" power pipe, more fuel, more timing)
I ran my 12.31 with the passenger seat, spare tire/jack removed, & slicks & skinnies installed.

About time you got her back on California blacktop D! lol....Glad to see the coupe made it to the show this past weekend too.
The blower WILL be getting installed soon! The stuff you need is all minor, we will get it done. Gonna go from 12.30's to 11.30's with a simple bolt on.

That motor combo looks well put together . Heads and intake should match . Whats mismatched the cam? It's better than stock . Coupe looks good as always

The cam is mismatched, the intake is pretty big for a 302, & my rocker combo is weird I guess? But hey, it does run hard & makes good power so I can't complain LOL...

Thanks bro...
I know it's all minor stuff, but still over $400 in parts & unemployment & DJING aint covering that when combined with rent & bills... Soon, very soon...

I weighed it last saturday @Sac raceway, & it was 2,975 lbs in full street trim with a 1/4 tank of gas.

Yeah, I dunno why its so light? I did remove the dog bone on the diff, the quad shocks, & I do also have front coil overs as well. As far as I remember, everything else is still the stock though? With the slicks/skinnies, passenger seat removed, & the spare tire out, I bet it's at least another 100 lbs lighter?
