Nas's new record "Life Is Good" was just realeased in it's entirety today... It is STRAIGHT FIRE!!!! Nas definitely doesn't disappoint lyrically or content wise on this one!!! It's filled with street stories, meaningful deep life stories, & VERY reminiscent of Hip Hop's Golden Era with smooth, raw 90's Hip Hop influenced beats & production...

Most of you youngins that are into the typical "trap" type music, club bangers, the Yay area sound, & people on here that only like West Coast rap, you probably won't feel this one because it doesn't "Slap", but real music lovers, you will dig it!!!

This album is the exact example of the direction Hip Hop music needs to be headed in IMO... The typical drug stories, "swag rap, & club shit is getting old & played out... Meaningful timeless music needs to come back into the forefront again IMO...

Give the album a listen y'all & you will see what I'm talking about!!!!


Although this song has been out for a minute, this song "daughters" is One of my favorites from the record!

This joint "Cherry Wine" with Amy Winehouse is another fave as well... The sound quality on this Youtube video kinda sucks though.

I don't expect many of y'all on here to REALLY appreciate this record like I do, but I thought I would let the Hip Hop lovers on here know how good the album is if they haven't heard it yet!

My buddy bought this CD yesterday morning. Granted I rarely listen to rap,we listended to it drving yesterday, and its actully a legit CD. I might buy it.

Been listening to him for years...... Haven't Bought or heard the album yet but I'm sure it's 100x's better then the shit that's been coming out.
BTW isn't that his ex wifes wedding dress he's holding LOL?
