Code is p0191 discription in the SCT says fuel rail pressure A. FRP-A. Anyone know what this means and can this cause the car to bog pretty bad?

It's probably a faulty FRPS, it's a common issue with return less fuel systems.

Probably the FRPS on the front of the driver side fuel rail.. like stated above, common issue.
