Met up with dude in castro valley inxchange for some goodies and my cash. I handed him his parts and he handed me a involope witch I thought was filled with cash. I look for a quick second a seen a couple of 20s and we shoke hand and parted are ways he took off pretty fast when I got in my truck I opend it up the only 2 20s and the rest 1s what's shoulda been 200 was only like 50. I called his cell and it said its turned off
