Anyone watch it ? The best little series I have seen in ages. Crazy story, a true story. Kinda sad at the same time but it was absolutely Epic !!! If you haven't watched get it on Demand.

I know. Man, the losses that both families suffered is immeasurable. I can't even imagine the pain they must have felt. I guess that's why the feud kept going for so long, they both kept wanting to get even...

At the end of the show it said in 2003, direct decendants from both families finally signed a treaty for peace. Now that's crazy ! Over a century later !

I am going to watch it all over again because i didn't understand this part,
that Bad Frank guy arrests a McCoy thats hiding out for supposedly killing one if his kin, who did he kill?

Being that it did air on the History channel, I feel that they did a great interpitation of the story. If it was a cinema movie, they would not have been able to fit as much of the details in the story as they did. Best six hours of television I have ever watched.

Frank Phillips arrested a few of the Hatfields. I'm not sure which scene your are referring to.

Yeah he arrested a McCoy for "Killing his own Kin" for the McCoys, the Hatfields were hiding him. It was his first arrest before they crossed the river and started raiding places in the part 2 part. The Girl McCoy told him where he was hiding so he would kill the Hatfield that killed her dad and brother.

No not talking about Skunk, it was after Skunk.

You are correct sir he did arrest a Mcoy I can't remember his first name but I believe he was a cousin. He was one of the men who got life in prison.

It was a disowned cousin that was part of the shooting on the 3 brothers. He then was hiding with the help of Devil Anse, and his son.
