I've seen many variations to this bumper but I wanted to do something that I've personally never seen with it. I picked up the 99-01 Cobra bumper and sprayed the bezels red, I'm trying to decide on if I want to run 3k HIDs or just stock bulbs with a yellow overlay.

anyway, tell me what you guys think.

I'm not really sure about it, honestly...I'm more of a "clean look" kinda guy and this is more of a "custom look" if you'd say.

Threw a pinch of 49er colors in that bumper! imo kinda gives off the idea of what import cars do...throw it on might actually look nice...

That looks coo but what else on the exterior is Red? It might not look right if there isn't more color contrast with the same colors ( black&red )

On a side note, you could tie it all in if you get '03 Cobra Anniversary seats and throw them in it. The black and red seats would look good in it with what you started.

^^^ If I could find those seats at a REASONABLE price, I would definitely do it. but $2000 was the going rate on the only set i've ever seen for sale lol...No thanks.


And I don't want red anywhere else on the car but the bezels and the tail lights =)

By the way, that's that "50Reasons Red" none of that other talk is permitted lol.

70 buks is hella cheap. Where did u get it??? Also put the Mach 1 chin spoiler and will look way better

If you are going to keep the red accents take the FR500's and get them painted or powdercoated all black with a red line around the very outside of the lip. Red calipers and even the mustang lettering in the back you could get the outline style vinyl in red. That'll tie everything together in a subtle way.
