Idk but it sounds like a pretty good setup.are u jus throwing it on the motor?how many miles are on ur motor?because if u have alot of miles your jus going to blow out ur bottom end,an thats you going twice in the motor.i re-did my hole block.im runing something simular.f-cam,edelbrock rpmII,edelbrock perf.heads,1.7's,an plus a 8rib blower.10-12 pounds.but its jus good to rebiuld it if ur putting all new stuff on.but how many miles u have.an u can google ur setup.an beautiful car.

385-418 rwhp I would think. Great for a nice driver

Your setup is going to be a pretty decent runner.. I'd swap that fcam out though that's going to hold you back. That holly2 is a great intake and the Afr are great heads but that cam is the weak link.. I'd expect 400whp with that setup though. Swap cams and be somewhere around 430-450whp depending on boost. So 91 you dnt think the fcam is good for the blower? cause it loves the blower.an wat cam do you recomend getting?

On your setup since your shit is built from oil pan up I'd go custom if I were u. If your planing on making some serious hp. Or you could swap to a comp blower cam which are excellent with the blowers they just run for the same price as a custom which is around 350.. But it'll be well worth it.. Abc cams are good with little 302s that are damn near stock. They put up baby numbers and I'm sure your reaching for high 400s with your setup so I wouldn't cheap out on the cam..

That cam u have may like boost but it's not blower boost it likes, it's turbo boost because turbos perform great off damn near stock cams and that's what that fcam is.. Maybe Lee or Dan could chime in on this.

Go with an Anderson b31 cam..good blower cam.

91 I have a 92gt built 306, had an fcam with a v3 blower making 10pounds consistently and put up 450whp swapped cams to a custom and went from that 450 to 470whp

thanks for the good info. as far as going with a blower cam can it be the b31 or should i look into something like custom grind cam. i was just going to use the f cam because i got it out of a deal.
i have another question maybe some of the guys that no the afr heads can chime in on this. i was reading about how the 165 afr heads, best intake to use is the rpm 2 anyone no why and whats wrong with using the holley i thought the holley was a well known and great upgrade along with the heads. something about the intake doesnt match up good on the heads it would take some porting, and something to due with the injector holes has anyone heard about this

A custom cam is always the best route to go for maximizing the set up. BUT since you are running a very mild combo and got the F-cam for a steal I would stay with the F-cam. My old stock 302 shortblock with 120,000 miles on it, Holley intake, AFR 185's, F-cam and Vortech S-Trim went 10.61 @ 131 MPH. I'd say its a decent blower cam. The ports on the Holley are actually a bit larger than AFR 165's. Get the correct fel-pro 1262 intake gaskets, you will be fine.

This to me is one of the most important issues i see as being a tuner and mechanic is the injectors, the injectors may be rated to your hp range but 42lb injectors is what i always recomend for a mild blower set up thats the most important issues with tuning and most common NOT ENOUGH FUEL. just my .2 also u could make alot more power with a nice cam but if u have a cam already id say go ahead and throw it together and enjoy the car. Like 91b.on.b said 70tb is perfect for your setup. Anything larger then that is pretty much over kill.

65 is big enough you won't see much of anything switching to a 70
