For those who go to the gym and use supplements, this is a pretty decent deal. I haven't been on a pre-workout in a bout 6 months so thought I give this a try. I've used their other products and are pretty good.

I go to the gym everyday but don't take any supplements aside from like Vitamin C. Lol. And the occasional multi-vitamin. Lol.

Yeah, main supplements are just vitamins, fish oil, and protein powders.

Def don't need supps but saying they don't work is false. I've hit new levels that I wasn't seeing before using supplements. I currently use white flood and I love it. Gives me a good pump and doesn't wear off after the first 15 mins.

I been Taking N.O. Explode. They just came out with the 2.0 which works alot better.

I tried Jack 3d and that didnt even feel the same. Some of you might think it doesnt work but youre probably not taking it right. It pumps you up to actually want to work out. After a long 8-10 hour day and your tired to hit the gym, some pre workout snaps you right into the mood.

Yeah it does make you stink. I prefer the flaxseed gel pills instead no smell from those that I know off.
