no matter what you do I.E 2 way pager alarm,kill switch,block it in with another car,a club on the wheel,master battery kill a TOW TRUCK can get it and if you are lucky the cops will find it on the side of the road,warehouse,back yard in a month or it could be years

I worked for the local PD CHP and the sherrifs office towing cars and also did private property tows every car has to be called in to the local police for the last one to let them know the status of the car. parked in a red zone,dandy cap illegaly parked or just plain old abandoned by tennant that moved out 10% of those are stolen recoverys I did that from 2000-2005 and I only found 2 foxbodys that were stolen and returend in decent condition to be restored like poped ignition broken quarter glass and bald rear tires

I got caught slipping with my wife's foxbody it Got stolen back in August and got it back like 4days later.
I'd say to atleast keep the amatuer car thief's away you should have a minimum of a steering wheel club, an alarm and tint your windows if you have a flashy interior such as aftermarket gauges, system, etc.

but seriously, it worked for me when i bought a 4 Eye fox, a had a few and none of them got broken into, stolen nor vandalized. A far different story from the 90 GT I had. That one either got broken into and eventually it got stolen- found it 4 days later and I parted it out
