Car gets a lemon title once it has been returned to the dealer like 3 times I think for repairs.

If you purchased a used vehicle then your probably out of luck... I think it only applies to new vehicles with a manufacturer warranty. I bought a used expedition and it had so many problems but I couldn't get a refund from the lemon law cause it wasn't new and the dealership didn't offer a warranty. Good luck

Has to be a new car and the repair has to be in the shop three times for the same problem.
