would it be worth it to install comp cams on a 99-04 gt just with bolt ons no heads or intake?and what would the gains be?

stage 1 or 2? n yes it'll help out you'll gain around 20+rwhp if you degree em right, also add some longtube n be around 40more hp, look into hp292 cams they seem to be the best as far as hp #'s

so are the stage 2 streetable friendly cams?i drive my car daily but i love the big lope sound but don't want to affect daily driveability

I daily drove my 2000 GT with Comp 270 cams. Just make sure to get a tune

I had comp 270's in my car. Ran low 11's on bottle. They provide a noticeable gain but I wouldn't pay to have someone install them.

IF you can find somebosy to port your heads well that would be good, set of stage two cams, longtubes and little more suporting bolt ons and some of that good sswwwweeeeeeettttt juice and you will be seeing some good number that you will like

270 comp cams is good like stated above do some head work with long tubes and it will b worth it i went with 278 stage 3 i had to notch my pistons did head work and long tubes with a 75 shot 11.68 at 124mph threw a stock auto stock suspension its doable
