Okay so I currently have the stock 98 cobra head lights with 6k hid... Looks greeat at night nd really like how it lights up the road.. So here's the question of those of u who r running black head lights how's the lighting of the road? I'm lookin to see which set is better to buy since there's bunch of them. Thanks in advance pics will help

those arre just black housing, i run smoked stock head lights and cant see to far i'd say 20ft at most

Yea aftermarket lights like that ain't bad......but with the actual blacked out lights visibility suks ass. I had my stock lights blacked out on my lx n it looked sick, but night time driving sukd ....iv never had any w hid's tho.....

Well see that's wat I'm tryinto avoid losing visibility since I can tell those still have some wat of a smoke cover... Well guess I'll find out when I order them lol

I've had both don't like aftermarket bc they always have a gap on our cars 99+

he doesnt want too, thats why hes asking if aftermarket smoked lights are as clear at night as stock ones are. lol

Your best bet is to just get the blk hosing headlamps and keep your high output visibility...smoking the lens or blacking them out almost all the time will decrease your vision...

that's wat I'm thinkin but i like some designs that eBay has bt idk bout quality and since I'm goin to sell my cobra ones I don't wanna get stuck with crappy ones from eBay lol

also you can get a ticket for having modified lights or something other than oem.

just grab some head light covers for the day and then pop them off at night and then youll have your blackouts during the day and clear view at night
