Try not drinking and driving, or calling a cab.

I'm actually curious to know if he was really drunk/under the influence or not. He handled that camera pretty well, don't you think?

He deffinately knew what to say I think he was dead sober and I also think he either is a off duty cop or a good lawyer

There you go. I don't like people who drive drunk, and I'll speak my mind against it, but everybody here who supports this type of DUI checkpoint - do you support those roadside smog stops too that are starting to pop up all over the place? I'd like to know if you could use a similar defense or approach.

this. I used to do my share of "tipsy" driving, never swerving, driving the speed limit, got lucky and never got pulled over, but those days are over after my friend put his truck in the wall on an onramp hammered drunk, not gonna elaborate on how he didn't get a dui, but thankfully no one was hurt he fought the wall and the wall won, and the week before got pulled over by an off duty officer, who gave him the break of a life and let him park his truck and "get the fuck out of ***bell. He certainly didn't let his one chance get to his head as he had his little incident the next week, moral of the story, even a 100$ cab ride is worth A.keeping your license, and B. not killing someone elses child, father, mother or best friend.

I could be wrong but if they smell alcohol on you/your breath that would be all they need to do a DUI check on you and I doubt that getting their badge numbers and refusing to answer questions would get you out of it...
