I'm often disappointed in any story involving gang bangers... but this takes the cake. You have to be a coward to hurt a pet... and an unusually huge piece of crap to harm a Yorkie... those dogs aren't even threatening to a house cat, let alone a human being over the age of 4...

How gangster is it to jump a guy walking his yorkie? Really?
