Since I've seen soo many threads about misused words and people ranting I thought I would start one too.

Since when, and maybe it's only on Cafords, does a matching set of rims and multiple colors mean a car is clean?

Not trying to offend anyone cause we all have money problems and don't live with our folks so we can't all have our cars like we wish but come on primer, matching paint and stock wheels does not mean clean!

Anyway flame away I don't care just think clean is used way too often on here like the built word!

To me "clean" means a straight body, relatively even panel gaps, decent paint ALL ONE COLOR (primer doesn't count) that may show signs of age (door dings, scratches, swirl marks) but still has decent shine and little to no oxidation, a complete interior with signs of wear but overall fully functional... basically a well cared for original driver, or a recently restored former beater.

+2, big rims that just look too big doesn't equal clean either. Example = Donks.

i think theres a couple meanings of clean...clean as in talking about the condition of the car and clean as in it looks good to that person saying it.

Of course themed paint jobs like two-tone, racing stripes, flames, etc etc, are an exception. What i refer to when i say the car should be all one color, is that the car should have a complete matching paint job. Not a blue car, with an unpainted wing, and a red fender...
