Hoorah devil dog. I'm good, I did my time. But others should really consider the military as an option if they want to better their lives and/or secure their future.

lol yes I am.

its pretty hard recruiting people in the bay everywhere i went they kept on asking me if i was in the air force or navy. and most people are really closed minded about the military so they dont really want to talk thats why im trying to find people who are actually interested

31 and you're interested in joining the military (not discouraging you, just wondering why so late)? I thought about it a few years ago but really should have done it straight out of high school if that I were to have signed up.

There's waivers for the people that want to join after the curve.
There's waivers for everything, that's no joke

Because I made good money straight out of high school till now. I've been out of work for the last year and possibly looking for a career change. I'm looking towards law enforcement, and I could get training through the military. I know its late but I'm tired of getting lowball offers for work. I worked my ass off making $30 an hour doing sheetmetal for the last 10 years and now its hard to find something that even pays $20

Thanks for your service. I spent 8 years in the Army loved it but always have a little regret not becoming a Marine.
