Alright, guys. Here are a few shots I took this morning. I still need to give it a good detail but it looks good in the pics. I sure wouldn't ever want to have a head on accident with a Raptor though. [Big Grin]

The car is better than expected. I haven't leaned on it hard yet but she's got good torque from the lower end of the tach. The ride is smoother than I thought it would be and the few curves/on ramps I've tackled can be done at ludicrous speed. I haven't hammered on the brakes yet either. The interior is very comfortable and the Recaros are exceptional. The release for rear seat entry could work better. It doesn't return the seat back to the last position. The kids car seats both fit in the back reasonably well.

I already dropped in a K&N filter and larger diameter exhaust plates tonight. She really sounds mean now. I can't wait to rack up the miles and get her broken in.

Thanks!

No full throttle yet. 7500 RPM's is a lot for a brand new engine. I try to keep it under 4k for the first 500 miles and make sure to vary the engine load and RPM.

No interior shots yet. I'll try to take some in the next day or so.

BTW, love your LX hatch. I used to have a '92 that was the same color. This photo should be a good laugh for anyone that knows me.

No. The 2013 GT500 is ridiculous and I'd get one if I didn't need a truck. The price tag is way up there too... low $60k range... about $20k more than the Boss.

TracKey is CARB approved. It's been available since early November. I have my software but I just need to find time to have it programmed.

You got it! That's the back side of my parents' neighborhood... right along Linda Creek. We used to get in all kinds of trouble down there.

how does the car ride and feel on the freeway? Does it have freeway chop over sectional concrete freeways?

Some. No more than any other late model Mustang I've driven. I'm actually pleasantly surprised by the ride and how it absorbs rough roads. I thought it would ride more stiffly than it does. The factory setting on the shocks is the #2 position so you can go one setting softer or set it on kill at 5.

It was pretty nasty... fully built 331, TKO, full suspension, etc. I sold it to generate funds to build our house.
