i find it funny how everyone has their favorite but have to hate on everything outside of it...if you like ford, why do you have to hate chevy and vice versa? or why you love domestic cars and hate anything imported?

Ive pretty much always been the die-hard ford guy in my crew but even so I acknowledge that fourth gen maro's, vettes and firebirds are fast and really do have alot of potenial. I personally like the LS series engines. My buddy has a clean Ls1 swapped Notch and its all stock and runs high 11's all day and he daily drives it . The reason I like LS motors is because they take so well to bolt-ons and from heads and a decent cam can see huge power gains .

That thing is sick! Id do a "ls juan" swap but by the time I get the motor,engine, trans, and harness it would a lot more expensive than building a windsor.

I've had some reasonably fast LS stuff. I can appreciate the engine. Just not in a Ford. I wouldn't appreciate a Ford in a Chevy either. I just don't get it. I guess I'm a purist.

Im a die hard FORD man but I come from a crew of all chevy "Team FAST" I'll never half breed mine either. But no bull shit LS series are nasty as hell and they work great on the street. Wanna try one out!

That dude is on a Supra Forum , he runs 9's now.

I have a friend with a Lexus SC300 that is trying to put in a 2JZ GTE swap . You can find them on eBay for about 2 grand , 3 liter inline 6 twin turbo . I'd like to put one of those motors in a E36 3 series BMW . That would be more fitting .
