I had Koni Reds on my 93 when I had it. Car handled great.
I currently run Tockico Illuminas. Car handles good but I know there are better out there but that's what I could afford at the time...

I currently have strange 10 ways. they do the job but if you like twisties or road racing Bilsteins are the way to go ! had those before this set up and they react to the twisties much better. but the starnge shocks arent terrible,i personally just run a really light spring weight.
and the starnge set is very easily adjustable, the hardest part is it is under the car so you gotta get down there to turn the knob on the shocks/struts

Bilstein HD's or Koni Yellow's.
I've run Tokico's and KYB's in the past. they're decent at best, but far under-dampened if you want to handle well. Though i've heard good things about Tokico's D-Spec line. I haven't tried those yet.
With Eibach's i'd definitely go Bilstein HD.
As far as i know, Strange adjustables offer a range of dampening good for the drag strip on soft, and decent for a daily driver on the street on stiff, but are far far underdampened for a lowered car on performance handling springs.

It is not just the shocks and struts..it is the whole package (tire/wheel combo included). I've probably tried every combo already, but it really depends on what you are looking for (comfy, middle, or track ready). For me I went the bilstein sport valved route with MM coilovers/tq arm/ph rod/MM adjustable LCAs. It is a good compromise between street stiff and track ready (depends on what coils you go for though).
