I have seen many things in my many travels, but this is probably the worst. As a dad it make me sick to my core and yes people are saying that the people over there are afraid of getting sued. Well so what? You are talking about a 2 year old little girl in agony after getting run over TWICE..lawsuit or not you are saving a life.

Lets hope the other people that simply walked on by get charged too (along with the mother for being so ignorant).

the fucked up part, is that this happens in the US everyday as well. one guy in philly was hit by a car evading police, flew in the air 5 feet, and had multiple people walk past him and just look at him. he layed there for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to his aid. so i wouldnt say nuke em all, casue i dont wanna get nuked for the inconsiderate mother fuckers here in the states. but we can get all the pricks from every country, race religion, whatever and nuke them

in chinese culture they dont value women at all you can see it here with immigrants the males literally push women and girls ahead of them in crosswalks coming off the sidewalk, if someone runs the red they get hit not the husband/father and son is right next to dad. keep a eye out for it.

this really bugs me because its a lil girl and last week i helped an old lady about 60s 70s years of age when she fell in the middle of the street (j walkin) and i went over and helped her up and stoped traffic.(felt good doing something nice like that)
