I'm here at criminal court waiting to go in for my reckless driving ticket. Shit man I hope this shit gets dropped or reduced kuz aint no way in hell that was reckless driving.

SHOULD GET DROPPED COP DID NOT FOLLOW PROCEDURES FOR WRECKELESS DRIVING. 1 ARREST SHOULD'VE BEEN MADE. 2 CAR SHOULDVE BEEN TOWED. 3 THERE WAS NO TIRE MARKS AS STATED IN THE TICKET.

My offer was: 10 Day county jail and/or 10 day sherrif worker program, 2 year probation, $200 fine N still a misdemenor

I would try to see if I could bring in a pic of said "100ft burnout mark" or maybe do another 5-10ft and take a pic of that, and use that as defense lol.

It was officer "smart"

I did take pictures of the "100 ft." Not 1 mark was there N let me tell u 100 ft would leave a pretty mark.

N willit I hate to say it but I have no lawyer don't really think it has a chance holding for him I have pictures of the incident N I have witnesses a few neighbors were out when this happened

So I read the police report today N I supposably filled the whole street east-west N 10ft. high with smoke from my tires. So much that he couldn't see me, but at the end he put that he seen me fish-tailing thats weird how all his lies hella get contradicted at the end of the sentence. He even states how I just barely bought tires the night before. I have piks of the street N not one itsy bit of mark on the ground you would think out of all that that I "did" it would leave a mark?

Nah not locked up.... But I have ANOTHER damn court date. I brought in photos of the street N everything N DA was like "well the photos are irrelevant because in the police report it wasn't stated about leaving marks" I was so pissed as soon as he finished that sentence I was like "well of course marks weren't stated kuz he KNOWS nothing happened, since when can you fill the street east to west 10 ft. high of smoke N not leave not one mark!?" I'm hella pissed at the shit they "try" getting u with yeah right I'm bringing my witnesses in next court date motherfucker be prepared kuz they couldn't get me alone.

I was getting offered 10 days with $200 2 years probation then today it went to 1 day in county N I would have a record NO I'm done with records after I turned 18 I can't get a reset no more

Had court the 13 in palo alto no insurance n fuckn sheriff evn added expired regstration i brought my proof of everything however i had no insurance at the time but my registration was good i had no insurance cus i had just bought the car about a week b4 judge drop the registrationcharge but kept my no insurance n now i owe california 475 dollars fuckn dicks..

Get a public defender and fight it. People with domestic violence get 8hrs jail and court ordered counseling. You get 10 days jail? Screw that. Take pics of where it happened (any tire marks?) check up on the protocol for wrecklace driving. Did he follow them? This sounds jacked, and I am majoring in CJ.
