Have two friends who are currently down on their luck and need a place. They are looking for a studio/apartment. Anything in Hayward, San leandro, Fremont area. I think their max is 700 or so.

They tried looking for shared rooms, 95.5% of people are asking too much for a ROOM in a house, and don't like smoking.

Anyone know of any places?

95.5% of people on this site live in the ghetto, and or use there 1hr from there 23hr lock up to use the computer, to post useless stuff on CAfords. Trust me, you DO NOT want any of your friends to live with anyone on CAfords.

They aren't looking to move in with anyone, they just want a small studio. I've caught a few for 5-600, but they get picked up fast.

IDK best thing they can do is apply for low income housing (even tho it takes a while) in the meantime share a room
