are there any mufflers out there that can make mustangs really loud without changing the stock midpipe? or is the only option to change to offroad h or x pipe? i hear people the slp loudmouth is loud and 1 chamber flowmaster please i need some input.

Lol the only way your car will be loud with a stick mid pipe is no mufflers haha but believe me that WILL sound like shit!!! And I've ran single chambers on a x pipe aand when it came time for smog my stock cats went on and it was QUITE as hell!! Run a x pipe and loud muffs and never look back [Whoo Whooooo!]

SLP loudmouth resonators. they are ridiculous with an offroad midpipe and will probably still be pretty loud with a stock 4 cat midpipe.

Slp is hella loud on an off road midpipe probably still hella loud on a stock midpipe

Flowmasters 1 chamber or SLP LM1 are loud..

SLP's seem to be alot louder with 4.6 motors than 5.0's.

Don't run muffler spend $15 bucks at an exhaust shop an thy will just throw a piece of pipe there. I did that to my stang an it sounded crazy.

No it sound great my twin turbo gt was straight pipe so was my 98, I will post vids in a sec.

and get an exhaust shop to cut the stock h-pipe right after the cats, cut off the H crossover, and weld up a 2.5 inch X crossover in it's place... that way you still have cats.

slp lm1 is the way to go im runinn hedman longtubes with a h pipe,slp lm1 resonators n stock tips sounds mean and nice..but i think they'll still sound pretty loud wit stock mid pipe

Run some magnapacks with the stock mid pipe. It will sound pretty good. Or run an off road h or x and magnapacks
