If u advertise a block for sale then what does that mean to most?

To me it means a block. With main caps and bolts. That's about it.

I looked on summit, holy shit that's what they call it too......

On here the block should come with high end rotating assembly an be ready to bolt some heads on an make 1000hp for 500 bucks

Let me guess, someone came to buy the b50, and thought for that price it included all the internals? For clarification CAfords.

Block- Just block

Short block- Block, Pistons, rings, crank and rods Assembled into a block. Usually will include the oil pump and shaft as well.

Long block- Is Shortblock plus Heads and valvetrain installed. Special circumstances may include a cam.

Nobody came to buy anything its just that I have had atleast 8 pms from folks thinkin that the BLOCK is the entire shortblock with rotator, cam, timing cover, oil pan etc etc.

I guess I need to be more specific or post up a pic......

Dan, I get the same problem, I had a few people that thought I was selling my GT for $1200, when I was just advertising the rims only.
