id have to get the paper work, its a pre fabbed design, was a nighmare even with a general contractor. The company kept fucking up the plans, a lot of back and forth and a lot of discounts for them delaying everything. The 3 car was already there when my mom got the house, we had the tall two car added on. was about 6k for the 19x23 12 ft high with concrete pad as well.
